About the Role
As the Director, GLP Quality Assurance Unit , you will :
Lead GLP compliance efforts and provide independent oversight of nonclinical studies.
Ensure regulatory adherence (FDA, USDA, and other bodies) and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with senior leadership, study sponsors, and regulatory inspectors.
Provide strategic direction and own GLP policies, procedures, and reports .
Lead regulatory inspections, CAPA implementation, and risk management .
Mentor and develop a team of Quality Assurance professionals .
What You Bring
10 years in a GLP environment, with 5 years in GLP Quality Assurance.
2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
Bachelor's Degree required; (DVM, PhD, or MD in pharmaceutical, biological, or chemical sciences preferred).
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
