Must have proven relevant work history to be considered.The ideal candidate will be able to adjust to company demands adapting to any given situation while working independently or with a team.Responsibilities will include answering busy phone lines, greet and assist patient's, obtain appropriate forms including new patient information, insurance information and HIPPA information on all patients.Collect and record payments, prepare invoices, complete bank deposits and more at the discretion of the Manager.Must be able to organize time and prioritize numerous duties within strict deadlines.
