Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to determine staffing needs
- Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Maintain relationships with both internal staff and clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Recruits by utilizing job boards, attends job fairs or other public events.
- Onboarding new employee's.
- Manage any performance issues or employee relations issues for assignment based employees in a timely manner
- Monitor daily time and attendance utilizing the time keeping system.
- Complete weekly payroll by required deadlines.
- Administers performance review to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
- Attend meetings/trainings as needed or required.
- Must be able to be in an on call rotation.
Requirements:
- Prior human resources and/or staffing industry experience
- Previous Management experience is a PLUS
- Must have excellent computer skills, organization, and be detailed-orientated
