What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Service Desk Tier II Technician position at RPM Technologies, LLC?
RPM Technologies is a nationwide provider of Information Technology services for mid to large sized companies. We have an immediate opening for a IT Service Desk Tier I Technician with 2 years help desk/deskside support.

The ideal applicant:
- Will have experience working with multiple clients with diverse environments
- Experience installing, configuring, and administering MS Windows 10 laptops/desktops
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Strong working knowledge with Office 365 applications including OneDrive and Sharepoint
- Experience with user account management, Active Directory, O365 Account, and MFA.
- Experience with VoIP phones, setup, management
- Will have a basic understanding of computer networking (TCP/IP, DNS, WIFI)
- Must be a team player, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to meet established deadlines.
- Will have strong, demonstrated communication and customer service skills are a must.
Education
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Course training or degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
Certifications
- Any MS Windows 7 or 10 certification preferred
- A Certification
Requirements
- Pass criminal background
- Ability to lift computers (up to 40 lbs.), overall agility is needed to perform deskside support tasks.
- This position requires local travel to and from our downtown Indianapolis office. Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
