Duties and Responsibilities
- Trains new operators and laborers such that they are fully operational within one week
- Visits all job sites, observing employees while on the job such that each employee is observed at least once a week
- Provides leadership guidance to employees
- Attends all scheduled meetings
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Actively demonstrates teamwork at all times
- Follows all OSHA, MSHA, DOT and other safety guidelines
- Provides excellent customer service, for both internal and external customers
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic understanding of English to read and understand work instructions and safety information.
- Must be able to follow directions.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job which include, but are not limited to: walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, sitting, squatting, and occasionally lifting and carrying items which may weigh up to 25 pounds.
- Minimum of five years experience as a foreman
- Vision and hearing must be within or correctable to within normal range.
- Must be available for work 5am – 6pm Monday through Saturdays.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to machines and chemicals at various times. The noise level in the work environment is usually high.
