Duties and Responsibilities
- System Administration:
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
- Manage and monitor network systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure disaster recovery processes are in place.
- Implement security measures, including firewalls, anti-virus software, and user access controls.
- Developing and implementing security protocols to include but not limited to Password Policies, VPN, Firewall, SharePoint, Office365, and Azure
- Help Desk Support
- Provide timely technical support to end users via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshot hardware, software, and network issues reported by users.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and setup of software applications, operating systems, and devices.
- Guide users through technical problems and provide solutions, either remotely or on-site.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

- Experience administrating a Hybrid Cloud Environment
- Microsoft Windows Server, DevOps, or Security Certifications
- Must be bilingual – Spanish required.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, IT Support Specialist, or Help Desk Technician.
- Minimum 3 years of IT support experience (server, workstation, and network support)
- Expert knowledge of switching and routing technologies including knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Firewalls, VLANs,
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Windows 11 operating systems
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with Office365 and Azure Active Directory
