We are currently seeking a dedicated, motivated and entrepreneurially minded Health Promotion Specialist with a passion for developing and implementing holistic well-being programs for a high-profile corporate client located in Boston, MA.

What you will do :
- Assess employees’ health needs using audit tools and client and employee feedback in order to develop and deploy appropriate well-being solutions and programming.
- Coordinate, develop and deliver a range of programs that educate members on how to improve their health and well-being.
- Partner with the client, vendors and community resources to execute workplace well-being strategies that will improve employees’ health and mental resilience.
- Coordinate health and well-being marketing and communications relating to the workplace’s on-site and virtual spaces in order to promote healthy behavior and health care engagement.
- Report on engagement, referrals, workplace well-being initiatives and results in order to demonstrate improvement in baseline metrics.

Pay is based on several factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, certifications, geographic differentials, and other business and organizational needs.
