The Instructional Designer & Training Specialist will contribute to the development of a variety of training materials, including instructor-led sessions, web-based courses, and other resources to meet organizational needs. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create technical training programs, assisting with training logistics, and maintaining online platforms for webinars and on-demand courses.
Responsibilities :
- Contribute to the development of a wide range of training materials, including instructor-led trainings, web-based courses, job aids, presentations, and videos.
- Conduct outreach to key stakeholders to address internal training needs.
- Partner with subject matter experts to create technical training to support employee CPE.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training content and delivery methods and implement improvements as needed.
- Provide support with scheduling, hosting, and pre- and post-logistics of internal training sessions.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of webpages for live courses, on-demand courses, and recordings.
- Aid employees in selecting and registering for educational courses.
- Respond to and resolve training department support requests submitted by firm management and staff.
- Support the training team with other duties and projects as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 3-5 years of training content design / delivery experience, or an appropriate balance of education and work experience.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in accounting / finance is strongly preferred.
