Position Overview
As a Marketing Administrator, you will perform administrative activities in support of the marketing and sales departments. Your responsibilities will include :
- Assisting the Marketing Manager in preparing and coordinating special events associated with new communities coming online (i.e., grand opening weekend events, hard hat previews, VIP parties, model previews, and private pre-general public model previews).
- Assisting in preparing marketing plans prior to pre-sellout and sellout meetings.
- Assisting in coordinating direct marketing campaigns.
- Assisting in the coordination of ''startup'' of communities (i.e., sales office design / set-up, model park design, brochure design, product presentation, landscaping input, sales office / models surrounding plan).
Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Marketing from a four-year college or university and 1-2 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and / or experience.
