Base-2 Solutions is looking for a talented and enthusiastic undergraduate or graduate student aspiring to enter the hi-tech and / or government contracting industry to join us as a Social Media Intern for Spring 2025. This internship will allow you to learn about all company content and communication efforts, collaborate with multiple department teams, and learn essential social media practices for your professional growth to gain meaningful career experience. Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains the company’s social media accounts and posts content.
- Monitors various social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Works with digital social media management platforms such as Hootsuite.
- Brainstorms campaign ideas.
- Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
- Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, goals, and all other aspects of service.
- Provides suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social media platforms and internal processes.
- Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
- Assists in creating performance reports.
- Assists with social media content ideation, creation, and maintenance.
- Researches trends and topics in the industry to create content that fits our strategy.
- Other duties as assigned.
