New Journey, a Genesis10 company, is seeking a Service Technician for a 9-month contract position with the potential for a contract extension or conversion.
Job Requirements:
Service Technician is responsible for Robotics assembly, Material Handling, and product packaging. In this position, you will be a member of the Assembly and Logistics team within the general manufacturing team responsible for building, automated testing, and packaging of our client's products manufactured internally.
- Build electro-mechanical units utilizing industry best practices.
- Shipping, receiving, maintaining, tracking, and delivering goods for manufacturing following appropriate protocols.
- Learning systems and tools for material management as well as coordinating methods of delivery with suppliers and customers
- Seeking out improvements in processes to continuously meet on-time delivery of goods.
Basic Qualifications:
- Great attitude and aptitude to learn new things.
- Should be comfortable with somewhat repetitive steps
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Read and follow English language instructions
- Able to work safely in a structured manufacturing environment
