BIM Designer
A well-established client of ours is currently looking for a talented and passionate BIM Designer to join their team of professionals.
Responsibilities :
- Managing BIM project data sets, regularly reviewing BIM models to ensure compliance with Project standards and requirements
- You'll interface with architects, and structural, and civil engineers throughout the project lifecycle to set up models and drawings, incorporate markups, implement the design and print
- Build 3D models and content, to the Level of Development (LOD) specified by the design team and client
- Create construction models for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Low Voltage disciplines in Revit as part of a BIM team
- Working with clients or other consultants to manage multiple BIM files for project coordination, often hosted on BIM360, and communicate design concerns with project managers and team.
