Rockland Peak Performance (“RPP” or “RPP Baseball”) is a high performance baseball training facility located in Paramus (Bergen county) in north New Jersey. We provide an unparalleled atmosphere that combines extensive strength training knowledge with a cutting-edge scientific approach to developing our pitchers and ball players.
After years of developing one of the country’s leading player development programs, RPP Baseball is bringing it all to our travel baseball program, RPP Revolution (13u – 17u).

We are looking to build a pre-eminent travel baseball program that can compete at the highest levels on a national basis.
Overview
- We are seeking experienced and passionate Travel Baseball Head and Assistant Coaches to join our travel baseball program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baseball (including at the collegiate level), the ability to teach and develop young players, and a commitment to creating a positive and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and lead / assist in baseball practices and games, ensuring that players are engaged and challenged throughout the season.
- Develop and implement game plans, strategies, and tactics that promote team success and player growth.
- Identify and address player strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement, making adjustments to practice and game plans as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages player participation and respect for teammates and opponents.
- Work closely with other coache and RPP staff to develop and implement team goals, strategies, and policies.
Skills
- Experience as a baseball coach, preferably at the collegiate level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with players, parents, and other coaches.
- Exposure to advanced baseball training either at the professional, collegiate, or elite high school level
- Passion, patience and excellent communication skills
- Must be a team player, honest, punctual, and responsible.
- Must have flexible schedule, which may include weekends and / or weekday availability for games and practices throughout the year.
- Open to learning!
- Must have access to a car!

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 10 per week
