Responsibilities
-Design and implement Talent and Leadership Development program
-Establish clear pathways for career development and leadership developments
-Establish a positive and transparent Performance Management System that focuses on employee contribution and growth
-Manage portfolio of leadership development tools for RPS
-Collaborate and participate in Strategic Planning with leadership team
-Oversee the Recruitment process including job descriptions and searches
-Oversee the Compensation system including salaries, benefits plans and bonus structures
-Manage complex employee issues
-Develop and implement any required new HR Policies
-Assure Compliance with federal and state regulations (50 employees)
