Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist at RPS Solar Pumps in Woodland, CA. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing all online marketing, digital marketing campaigns and media buying in different ad platforms, supporting analytics and optimization, and testing new strategies to promote solar water pump kits domestically and internationally.
Qualifications
- Expert in Online Marketing, paid and organic but with the focus on paid
- Experience with UTM, cross platform Audiences, conversion tracking
- Ability to create and implement effective marketing strategies
- Strong communication skills with a fun cohesive team
- Ability to write, create (or identify!) great marketing copy and creative
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Degree or Qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Bonus points for mastery in GTM, GA4, and being a reader of marketing books
