Overview How you'll make an impact
- RPS is seeking a producer, specializing in Workers' Compensation for Northern California and the Western U.S.
- Candidate will prepare, implement, and execute on a business plan to help achieve success on an established production budget.
- Acquire new business revenue through sales to new and / or existing retail clients, emphasizing a Specialty Comp focus on companies that are deemed tough to place'.
- Manage overall retail client relationships as-well-as day-to-day deal management activities.
- Assist, train and / or develop other team members as applicable.
- Provide consultative sales & service support to retail clients according to their needs.
- Participate in team sales situations with other RPS producers and / or support personnel.
- Develops and maintains inter-division / intercompany relationships consistent with our corporate culture.
