Provide support related to enhancing the corporation’s employee experience in the hybrid work environment and learning and development programs.
- The Employee Experience Specialist will report to the Director of Learning and Development in Human Resources and is expected to collaborate with members of the HR team and other key partners to ideate, design, coordinate, and / or manage onsite and virtual employee social events, programs, and resources to increase connection, a sense of belonging, and fun
- As part of the HR team promotes and manage existing Learning and Development programs
- Create and promote new L & D programs
- Coordinate logistics for planning meetings and record / maintain meeting minutes and materials for group convenings as needed
- Collaborate with key partners to design, coordinate, and execute employee events and programs (onsite and virtual)
- Collaborate with key partners to create resources and implement activities aimed at improving the onboarding experience (from offer through first 90 days)
- Help oversee a monthly onsite Collaboration Day to ensure it goes smoothly and is a positive experience for the employees who choose to attend
