Job Title: Construction Quality Control Manager
RQ Construction, LLC is seeking a seasoned Construction Quality Control Manager to join our Field Operations team. This role requires working on-site at various locations throughout the Southeastern US, including military bases.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial construction, with a proven track record of implementing quality control programs and ensuring customer satisfaction. We offer competitive compensation, an excellent work environment, and outstanding benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and implement project-specific quality control programs
• Execute program performance according to contract requirements
• Complete administrative documentation on time
• Foster customer satisfaction with clients
• Maintain alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values
Requirements:
• Ten (10) or more years combined experience in commercial construction as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, or Project Engineer
• 3 years experience as a QC Manager
• Current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate required, RMS/QCS training preferred
• Specialty inspection training and licenses/certs highly desired
• LEED AP, AP , or Green Associate (GA) Certificate preferred
• Level 1 EM 385-1-1, CRP, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour certifications required
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required
• Specific software literacy (Viewpoint/Vista, RMS/QCS) preferred
