Field Administrator

Since 1996, RQC, LLC has been a leading player in Southern California's robust commercial and governmental Design-Build economy. We have a national presence with current projects, spanning coast to coast, and an international presence in multiple countries.

RQ is seeking a qualified, customer-focused, detail-oriented, organized individual who easily and eagerly balances multiple tasks simultaneously while supporting an on-site commercial construction project team as a Field Administrator at NAS Pensacola, Pensacola, Florida.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Project start-up process, subcontractor on-site onboarding
• Processes certified payroll and labor compliance documents.
• Processes daily production reports, including tracking labor hours and classifications.
• Creates and maintains document control, project-specific electronic filing system.
• Requests and tracks Certificates of Insurance
• Processes job-site invoices.
• Project completion close-out process and other administrative duties
• Provides professional reception services to all project stakeholders, internally and externally.
• Provides office support for all customers.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required; Business and/or administrative college coursework preferred.
• Two or more years' experience in an administrative role.
• Self-motivated, with ability to multi-task
• Possess strong time management, attention-to-detail, and organization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills; effective written, and verbal comprehension and active listening skills
• Ability to operate telephone and conference room systems, and office machines.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, Bluebeam, etc.) required.
• Specific software literacy (Viewpoint, LCPtracker) a plus.
• Certified payroll or prevailing wage (Davis Bacon / DBRA) experience preferred.
• Construction Industry experience desired.

Competitive Hourly Rate $21.00-$25.00 Depending on Experience

(Annual equivalent $43,680- $52,000)
