Graphic Designer

Rembrandt Charms is a leading manufacturer of high-quality, hand-crafted charms and charm bracelets with corporate headquarters located in Williamsville, New York. We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team and drive the growth of our business.

We are looking for a well-rounded design professional to assist our busy in-house team with the production of digital and print marketing assets for both B2B and B2C national campaigns, supporting our traditional marketing initiatives and social media initiatives.

Knowledge and skill requirements

· Expert knowledge of Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) in a MAC OS environment.

· Ability to adhere to digital and print design standards and demonstrate a strong sense of composition and typography.

· Able to manage multiple short and long-term projects at once.

· Must work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively.

· Self-starter who works well under pressure and can meet tight deadlines.

· Able to take creative direction.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to actively listen and verbalize ideas effectively.

· Able to work in multiple areas within the organization.

· Working knowledge of Mailchimp and WordPress is a plus.

· Working knowledge of social media platforms is a plus.

· PPC experience is a plus.

· Video production and editing experience is a plus.

· Experience in Google Analytics, After Effect and Premier Pro is a plus.

Responsibilities

· Design print collateral including advertisements, brochures, counter cards, window clings, catalogs, and flyers.

· Design and schedule weekly emails, monitor campaigns and report analytics.

· Produce web graphics, build landing pages, and assist with website maintenance.

· Assist with copywriting for blogs, captions, and collateral.

· Assist with photography and videography, when needed.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in a marketing department or ad agency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
