Job Description
Wallace Ave, St. Charles, IL
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine, but varied, clerical duties on the manufacturing floor in accordance with standard procedures
- Provide clerical support byrecording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents
- Maintain records: compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and perform routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing
- Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilize a general understanding of other departments and functions
- May be responsible for data entry, reporting, checking or verifying of information, generation of reports and responding to data requests
- Responsible for maintaining department files
- May assist with production planning and special projects
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year, but 3 years preferred, of previous related experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Preferred previous data entry and payroll experience
- Previous office experience in a fast-paced environment
- Lifting up to 50 lbs, 4-6 hours
- Walking/standing, 4-6hours
- Bending/stooping, 2-3 hours

Thepay range for this role at the noted location is $18.69 to $26.78per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
