Job Description
- Provide instruction and guidance to employees and products to confirm production specifications are met.
- Maintain positive and effective relationships with employees. Direct employees to the appropriate manager regarding policy questions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standard, policies and procedures. Report any problems, potential problems, hazardous situations to management
- Review and approve production samples, and / or shipments as necessary
- Identify and report opportunities for continual improvement
- Coordinate or perform training for new employees, contract workers, and / or guests to ensure safety, quality, and production requirements are understood.
- Ensure the “Quality Policy and Objectives” are understood and achieved

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $17.50 - $24.00 / hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to : education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential.
