Job Description
Hours: 3rd shift - Mon-Fri 10pm-6:15am
- Perform routine but varied clerical duties on the manufacturing floor in accordance with standard procedures
- Provide clerical support by recording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents
- Maintain records; compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and performing routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing
- Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other departments' functions
- May be responsible for data entry, reporting, checking or verifying of information, generation of reports and responding to data requests
- Responsible for maintaining department files
- May assist with production planning and special projects
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year, preferred 3 years previous related experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Preferred previous data entry and payroll experience
- Previous office experience in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills must be excellent

The national pay range for this role is $15.25 - $19.07. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
