As the Project Coordinator, you’ll love coming to work every day if you Get, Want, and have the Capacity to be accountable to the following things:

You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:
· Support Project Management team to be sure the work moves through all phases of communications projects through the internal process of the agency.
· Track and report project progress and facilitate communication across all functions within the agency
· Open/Archive and manage projects in project management tool
· Update work order, reference materials, schedules based on PM/AM input/approval
· Review vendor quotes & verify production specs
· With the direction of a PM open and archive jobs in WorkFront
· When the PM is not available serve as the Internal team contact making sure to engage with a high sense of urgency and customer service.
· Assist PM’s with day-to-day development of project activities with approved plans. Ensures that progressive stages are approved by the leading PM and helps assign tasks as required.
· At the request of a PM, generates and compiles work orders with all the information required to complete the client tasks & requests.
· With the direction from a PM, schedule meetings, take notes, record follow ups, action items and “to do’s”. Be aware of industry issues, technologies, and opportunities.
· Post work orders in WorkFront, update work orders as required. Send message via WorkFront to applicable approvers, communicates deadline, monitors approval status, follow up as necessary – this includes shipping information for physical review.
· Coordinates and confirms with PM all necessary approvals
· Signs/approves and returns with proof to vendor
· Approves project for final delivery, request vendor files if changes made by vendor
· Sends WorkFront message to Account Manager that job delivered.
· Participate and provide ideas and support to other AdFarm employees.

· A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field is preferred.
· Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field is beneficial.
· Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
· Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
· Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
· Effective time management to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
· Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, team members, and vendors.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
· Taking initiative and anticipating potential issues.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
