In this role, you'll work directly with customers to address their insurance-related inquiries and provide personalized support. Your goal will be to resolve issues promptly and efficiently while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and other channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer concerns
- Develop and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and updates in our system
Background:
- Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative or Insurance specialist is necessary
- P&C experience is mandatory
- Independent Insurance experience is also required
- Familiarity with AMS software like ams360 or EPIC is beneficial
