Essential Responsibilities
Manage land surveying projects for oil and gas, wind, and solar energy markets
Work with internally with RRC team and APMs to develop each job successfully
Create and build relationships with clients through proper management to meet schedule and budget goals
Collaborate with staff in multiple RRC offices to accomplish complex, fast-paced projects
Prepare survey scopes and cost estimates
Prepare clear project task documentation and tracking
Create and execute project work plans
Establish project goals and oversee the QA/QC process
Qualifications
Comprehensive knowledge of ALTA, boundary, topographic, and construction surveys
5 years of project management experience preferred
Has experience in Microsoft Office, Excel formatting for budget tracking and preferred Ajera experience
Strong ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Strong managerial, communication, and problem- colleagues solving skills
Proven ability to function in a self-directed and self-disciplined work environment
Entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving aptitude
Ability to positively and professionally interact with, subordinates, and clients
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and engaged listening skills
