We're in need of a detail oriented Maintenance Supervisor with strong leadership, technical expertise, and a results-oriented mindset to troubleshoot, repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.

The Maintenance Supervisor Will :

• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce equipment downtime and improve overall production efficiency.
• Oversee and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues, ensuring timely and effective repairs.
• Design and implement training programs to upskill the team in advanced troubleshooting, repair techniques, and industry best practices.
• Ensure facility infrastructure and equipment including production lines, utilities, and safety systemsare properly maintained and fully operational.
• Enforce safety regulations and compliance standards, embedding a safety-first approach in all maintenance operations.
• Optimize spare parts inventory management, balancing cost control with availability to prevent downtime.
• Provide clear, data-driven reports on maintenance activities, performance metrics, and operational improvements to management and key stakeholders.
