Job Title: Roofing and Solar Sales Representative

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in solar sales and energy sales
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams
- Proficiency in CRM software and Salesforce
- Experience in outside sales and marketing strategies
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus
- Leadership experience in a sales environment is advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to homeowners and business owners affected by recent storms.
- Conduct consultations to assess customer needs and explain roofing and solar energy solutions.
- Present tailored proposals and assist clients in navigating insurance claims if applicable.
- Close sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and the needs of storm-affected areas.

Pay: $135,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
