Job Summary: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Restaurant General Manager at one of our Burger King restaurants.
The BK Restaurant General Manager leads the way in delivering exceptional service to our guests and executing key initiatives to exceed all operational expectations and achieve brand metrics. What You’ll Do:
- Manage and oversee a profitable restaurant by driving sales and performance initiatives focused on guest satisfaction, people development, and excellent brand standards.
- Train, motivate, and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, friendly, and fast service in a clean facility and safe environment.
- Using excellent communication and effective decision-making skills, professionally manage customer feedback by resolving and addressing guests’ unique needs.
- Lead the restaurant’s recruitment and selection process to build and maintain an effective restaurant team.
- Create and maintain a positive culture through coaching and feedback while effectively managing individual and team recognition programs.
- Delegate shift assignments and create schedules that adhere to proper staffing levels based on expected sales volumes and labor controls.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness while ensuring the team works safely and follows all safety protocols, guidelines, and procedures.
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Minimum of 2 years of QSR/Fast Casual restaurant management experience, with prior experience working with P&L.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- SERV Safe Food Safety certification.
- Must have reliable transportation.
