What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Advisor position at RROC Exteriors?
Responsibilities:
- Provide RROCSTAR customer experience and assist customers with their project inquiries and designs
- Identify unique customer problems and help them discover solutions that work for them
- Drive revenue through customer acquisition
- Guide customers through every step of the purchasing process from initial assessment to completed inspection
- Maintain our customer-centric culture
- Stay up-to-date on the latest home improvement technology trends and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in outside sales in home improvement is preferred but not required
-Previous experience with fully commission pay preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to put in time and effort to grow yourself and the company
- Basic knowledge of technology products and services
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
