As the Regional Manager, you will guide branch managers and employees, set performance objectives, evaluate and improve operations, ensure compliance with regulations and company standards, and prepare operations and financial reports.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure markets provide top customer experience, team environment, and financial success.
- Maintain branch consistency and compliance with corporate processes.
- Inspire branch managers to implement customer and employee initiatives.
- Conduct on-site visits to engage employees and build relationships.
- Collaborate with CEO on operational goals and achieve regional business targets.
- Partner with branch managers and HR on staffing, recruitment, and team growth.
- 50% local travel
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have 5 years of management experience within the restoration industry
- Knowledge and experience with both sides of the business: mitigation and rebuild
- Detail oriented and good with processes, procedures and systems
- Knowledge of P&L
- Knowledge and experience with CAT events: hurricanes, tornados, etc.
- Strong leader
- Ability to travel occasionally
