Job Description
RRS Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to join our team to provide essential administrative support members of our legal team. This role is instrumental in ensuring smooth legal operations through precise document management, research, and organizational support.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the RRS Group Legal Team, including organizing and maintaining legal files and folders.
- Proofread and format legal correspondence and other key documents.
- Assist in preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, correspondence, and reports. Ensure proper filing and organization of confidential legal documents, both digital and physical.
- Organize, maintain, and track legal documents, contracts, and records to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and data protection regulations.
- Manage and track key dates and deadlines related to legal filings, contract renewals, and compliance matters.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including certified letters and documents requiring wet signatures.
- Identify and escalate critical legal issues or changes to the appropriate team members.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining strict confidentiality in all matters.
- Gather and manage due diligence materials, including corporate certificates of good standing.
- Maintain legal calendars and deadlines to support workflow efficiency.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The hourly pay rate for this position is anticipated to range between $53,000 - $62,000. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer a competitive benefits package, including Medical / Dental / Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and Tuition Reimbursement, in addition to other programs and perks.
