Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming orders, ensuring accuracy in processing, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely fulfillment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and enter customer orders into the company’s system.
- Verify order details, pricing, and availability of products.
- Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping details, and any issues that arise.
- Handle order modifications, cancellations, and returns as necessary.
- Work closely with sales, customer service, and inventory teams to resolve order discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all order transactions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in order processing, data entry, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and order management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to travel, both domestically and internationally, for extended periods of time
- Dexterous ability to manipulate small object
- Willing to work standard and non-standard hours as required to support the customers
Salary : $15 - $19
