R.S. Andrews is currently seeking RESIDENTIALHVAC TECHNICIANS for our Bluffton, SC Office to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.

HVAC Responsibilities :
Diagnose and repair residential air conditioning equipment and associated controls
Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
Maintain strong customer service
Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Ability to handle a physical workload of at least 50 lbs
Job requirements
Here is what we are looking for :
5 years of prior HVACexperience
About 5 Years of Residential Experience Preferred
Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Excellent organization, planning, and follow-through abilities
Takes great pride in going the extra mile for our customers
Strong customer service skills (active listening, relationship building, etc.)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be Authorized to work in the U.S.
