Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively negotiate lease agreements. This role requires a proactive approach to managing tenant relations and ensuring compliance with regulations while maximizing property performance.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of commercial properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals to optimize occupancy rates and rental income.
- Ensure compliance with local and governments regulations and other legal requirements related to property management.
- Maintain accurate records through effective data entry and real estate administrative tasks.
- Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for property maintenance and improvements.
- Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and tenant feedback for management review.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful lease agreements.
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with tenants.
- Proficient in data entry and real estate administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy in record keeping.
- Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with legal administrative processes related to property management is a plus.
- Sales experience is beneficial for promoting available properties and securing new leases.

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
