Sales Growth and Performance: Achieve sales growth and hit targets by successfully managing the sales team. Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. ~3 years of sales experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Proven work experience as a Sales Manager. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Goal-oriented and driven with a passion for sales.
