Job Description: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Sales Team and spearheading our growth in the Greater Chicago Market. This role requires a proven sales professional who can achieve sales targets, demonstrate our core values, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Sales Growth and Performance: Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets. Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales performance goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. ~3 years of sales experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Proven work experience as a Sales Manager. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Goal-oriented and driven with a passion for sales.
