As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team and drive our sales efforts to the next level.
Position Overview:
As our first sales hire, you will play a pivotal role in building and expanding our client base. Reporting directly to the President, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our sales strategy. You will be responsible for sourcing your own leads, developing relationships, and closing deals with local and statewide businesses in need of corporate and event security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales Prospecting: Independently source new leads and identify potential clients within the corporate, event, and security sectors.
- Sales Development: Engage with decision-makers at mid-to-large size businesses across Oregon to understand their needs and offer tailored security services.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Lead sales presentations, product demos, and negotiations to close deals.
- Account Management: Work with the President and operations teams to ensure smooth transition and ongoing satisfaction of new accounts.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings, identifying new opportunities for business growth.
- Reporting & Strategy: Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to the President.
Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling services in industries such as security, uniform, facilities, staffing, foodservice, catering or cleaning.
- Proven track record of selling to mid-to-large size businesses, preferably in a service-based industry.
- Strong ability to source leads independently and generate new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.
- High level of integrity and professionalism—someone who aligns with our company’s values of ethics, transparency, and exceptional service.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a strong desire to contribute to a growing company.
- Ability to travel locally and statewide as needed to meet with clients.
Compensation:
Base salary of $70-80K
OTE- $130 (Uncapped Commission)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $73,383.00 - $80,000.00 per year
