Responsibilities
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and manage stock efficiently.
- Handle materials with care, ensuring proper storage and organization within the warehouse.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers to move products as needed.
- Assist in the fabrication and building of products as required by operational needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve efficiency in warehouse operations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy in stock levels and report discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse management or materials handling is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues when they arise.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
- Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods as required by the job duties.
