We are seeking a Plumber to join our team! The selected individual will install and repair water supply lines and drainage systems for bathroom and kitchen remodels. This is an independent contractor position that offers work 5 days a week.
Responsibilities :
- Assemble and install valves, pipe fittings, and pipes for new bathroom and kitchen remodels
- Knowledge of plumbing code - each job must be code compliant
- Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings.
- Join pipes by use of screws, bolts, fittings, solder, plastic solvent, and caulks joints.
- Fill pipe system with water or air and read pressure gauges to determine any system leaks.
- Repair and maintain plumbing by replacing leaky faucets, mending burst pipes, and clearing clogged drains.
