Essential Functions
- Plan and coordinate release schedules with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage all aspects of software releases, including planning, execution, and coordination with clients.
- Perform system testing and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Create and distribute release notes and documentation to stakeholders.
- Analyze and generate reports to support both business operations and client requirements.
- Troubleshoot transaction details, investigate issues using internal tools, and assist with data file research.
- Maintain and update processes, daily checklists, and procedural documentation.
- Respond to client inquiries, providing efficient and thorough solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Schedule and coordinate certificate renewals with internal teams and clients.
- Support and document monthly security audits and updates.
- Orchestrate disaster recovery exercises with internal and client resources.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Proven experience as a Release Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in the payments or banking industry is essential.
- Customer service experience, with a track record of supporting high-demand clients in the financial sector.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Confluence, and JIRA is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends as needed.
- Experience working with overseas teams is highly valued.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
