Customer-Focused Warehouse Associate and Delivery Driver

This role combines warehouse and driving responsibilities. The goal is to ensure efficient and accurate delivery and handling of goods. This includes loading your truck and unloading the truck at the customer's place of business, using a hand truck, and placing the product where the customer requests. This also includes putting away product in the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience with heavy lifting, attention to detail, and the ability to drive a vehicle, including box trucks and vans. Standard driver's license required.

The hours are 7AM-3PM, Monday-Friday. Be home every night and no weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products safely and efficiently from delivery vehicles.
• Deliver goods to customers in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans, while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
• Utilize a pallet jack for moving heavy items within the warehouse as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries with high attention to detail
• Putting away product onto the shelves and maintaining a clean warehouse
• Assist in organizing the warehouse space for optimal efficiency and identifying when items are low or out of stock.

Experience

• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Experience with heavy lifting and moving items safely within a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment is advantageous.
