Endoscopy Registered Nurse

Job Summary
The Endoscopy RN is responsible for planning, directing, organizing, coordinating, and implementing all nursing care services for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures. This includes utilizing the nursing process to provide comprehensive care during patient visits, coordinating with other healthcare team members, and advocating for patients' rights.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized plans of care for patients
- Execute effective treatments and interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless care coordination
- Utilize sterile technique and work safely with anesthetized patients
Requirements
- Current ACLS and BLS certification
- Current, unencumbered RN license from the State of Illinois
- Ability to handle diverse clinical scenarios in a fast-paced surgical setting
