Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and cold calls to meet monthly sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients.
- Conduct on-site consultations to understand client needs, measure sites, and assess landscape maintenance requirements.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Utilize Aspire software to prepare estimates for planning and scheduling landscape maintenance jobs.
- Develop solutions for site problems and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and quality assurance.
- Attend weekly management meetings to contribute ideas on increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Department Manager and crew leaders to ensure timely and accurate task completion.
- Lead, train, and assist crews in executing daily routines and tasks.
- Participate in team member performance evaluations and recruitment processes.
- Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility.
- Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Education Requirements
- Strong knowledge of landscaping practices and maintenance services.
- Proven experience in sales.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, Aspire).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and thoroughly.
- Willingness to operate various types of motorized equipment.
- Ability to follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Ability to delegate and mediate effectively.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Availability for weekends/evenings for events as needed.
- Maintain a dependable attendance record.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
