Job Overview Pipe Welder We are seeking a skilled Pipe Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in welding techniques and mechanical knowledge, with a focus on pipeline construction and maintenance. As a Pipe Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and installing piping systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Duties - Pipe Welder Perform welding tasks using various techniques, including FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) to join metal components. Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine the layout of piping systems. Execute fire sprinkler fitting installations as required by project specifications. Utilize power tools and welding equipment to fabricate piping systems efficiently. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure optimal performance. Conduct tube bending operations to create custom piping solutions. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols. Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance with industry standards. Experience - Pipe Welder Proven experience in pipe welding, with a strong understanding of various welding methods. Familiarity with fire sprinkler fitting is preferred but not mandatory. Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment. Experience in reading schematics and blueprints is crucial for successful project execution. Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively is required. Previous experience in pipeline construction or maintenance is advantageous.
