Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

RSC Mechanical is seeking experienced Supermarket Rack and HVAC Technicians with a passion for excellence and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced work environment. We are looking for technicians who are eager to expand their knowledge, take pride in their work, and go the extra mile for their customers. 

JOB REQUIRMENTS: 

The ideal candidate must be proficient in the following: 

• Performing compressor changes, rack refrigeration repairs, and ESR replacements. 
• Repairing energy management systems, HVAC units, split condensing units, and other refrigeration equipment. 
• Conducting leak searches and repairs, as well as troubleshooting commercial refrigeration systems. 

ESSENTIAL REQUIRMENTS: 

• Proficiency in general maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks. 
• Mechanical proficiency and technical aptitude. 
• Curiosity, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills. 
• Reliability and honesty in all interactions. 
• Valid driver’s license and EPA universal certification. 
• Basic knowledge of HVAC and commercial refrigeration systems. 
• Ability to accurately complete necessary paperwork in a timely manner. 
• Capability to work under pressure in high-stress environments. 
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
