We are seeking individuals in the Charlotte, North Carolina area that are capable of servicing glycol systems, self-contained units, and various refrigeration equipment with the opportunity to periodically learn and work on refrigeration racks. Key responsibilities include :
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Conducting compressor changes, rack refrigeration repairs, and ESR replacements.
- Repairing energy management systems, HVAC units, split condensing units, self-contained units, ice machines, heat pumps, and controls.
- Proficiently troubleshooting and repairing commercial refrigeration systems.
- Performing general maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Demonstrating mechanical proficiency and technical aptitude.
- Exhibiting curiosity, reliability, and excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Communicating effectively with clients, team members, and management.
- Completing necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Working under pressure in a high-stress environment.
- Being a self-starter who can work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
