- Assist our sourcing teams’ ongoing negotiations with day-to-day analytical, data and Excel support.
- Updates and cleanse our Single Source of Truth database by identifying data gaps for vendors, contracts and initiatives, collaborating with various teams to ensure completeness.
- Utilize Asana to track deliverables, key objectives and data needs.
- Pursue best-in-class practices for the use of Asana to manage projects. Organize, review and prioritize tasks in Asana.
- Support project management activities by capturing main points and action items from working sessions, and transcribing those into tasks for Asana.
- Perform variance analysis, develop and produce reports, and support SpendHQ data global spend cube team.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with SAAS tools like Salesforce, Asana, SpendHQ and iManage, as well as AI tools like Copilot and other Large Language Models.
- Strong attention to detail. Motivated self-starter.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to key stakeholders.
- Ability to work across multiple regions, both domestic and international.
