- Execute the internal Field Test Plan, including Data Mobility, Call Processing, and Data Throughput (Tput) testing.
- Conduct tests using Qualcomm tools such as QXDM, QPST, and XCAL and perform primary log analysis for upper layers, including registration procedures, RLF KPI analysis, and Data Tput KPI analysis.
- Perform KPI analysis using tools like XCAP and QCAT.
- Identify, report, and track issues using the internal QC system, working with R&D teams for root cause analysis and resolution.
- Conduct field testing 4-5 days per week as per the testing plan.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of Qualcomm tools (QXDM, QPST, XCAL) and experience with KPI analysis (XCAP, QCAT).
- Basic understanding of SIP call flow and experience with Wireshark for protocol analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
- Experience with engineering software applications, including Computer-Aided Design (CAD) (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
