- Plan, analyze, and create visual solutions for communication problems.
- Develop the overall layout and production design of publications or web interfaces as they relate to graphic design.
- Prepare sketches or layouts to present to clients.
- Create charts and graphs based on provided data.
- Develop and update training procedures, manuals, guides, and course materials, such as handouts and visual materials.
- Monitor, evaluate, and record training activities and assess program effectiveness.
- Identify training needs through surveys, round tables, and consultations with managers.
- Collaborate with department leads and various stakeholders to determine training needs and develop solutions.
- Create training using diverse instructional techniques and formats (self-directed or instructor-led training, simulations, videos, gamification, etc.).
- Facilitate training sessions and collaborate with training managers, internal teams, and external teams.
- Partner with the Content Manager to update the internal knowledge base with new products and services.
- Manage internal project and learning management tools (e.g., create JIRA tickets, oversee user permissions in training portal).
- Track training requests from stakeholders and maintain a training calendar.
- Use data analytics to identify low-performing customer service areas and develop instructional materials and remediation plans.
- High creativity, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and experience using media, including print, electronic, and film.
- Basic visualization skills in 2D and 3D, with a strong understanding of design aesthetics.
- Proficiency in Adobe publishing and graphic software.
- Knowledge of principles for curriculum and training design, teaching methods, and training effectiveness measurement.
- Strong grammar and editing skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Ability to work independently and manage vendor-training groups.
- Knowledge of business and management principles, media production, communication methods, and instructional tools.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Adobe software (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with design models (ADDIE, SAM), virtual facilitation tools (WebEx), content management systems, and LMS (Learning Management Systems).
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools like Adobe Captivate or iSpring.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Absorb LMS (preferred).
